Successful applications will be allocated an initial €5,000 grant while we assess the lead’s bioactivity.
If we believe that your compound should be further explored with broader in vitro and in vivo tests, we will extend an offer for you to collaborate with us.
A joint lead-exploration project includes:
- further substantial funding for you and your small-molecule lead
- a contract that reflects both your interests and ours
- revealing the chemical structure of your lead to us under the agreed conditions of the contract
As we assess your lead, we will make sure your intellectual property rights are protected by one of two options:
- Material Transfer Agreement (MTA): We use our own assays and models to assess your lead. You will not have to disclose the molecular structure of your lead.
- Confidential Disclosure Agreement (CDA): If we cannot do the evaluation in-house, we may need to look at your own data to learn about your lead’s bioactivity.
All information will be kept strictly confidential and will only be used to decide about future collaboration options.
