CoLaborator

Our Berlin CoLaborator is located on the site of the Bayer pharmaceutical division’s headquarter in the city center, which is also one of our major R&D centers.

The incubator awaits you with

• 800 square meters of lab, office, and communal space
• nine distinct units of 40 sqm lab + 20 sqm office
• furnished labs and offices customizable to your individual needs
• confidentiality agreements between you and Bayer as needed

Currently seven tenants, both startups and young life-science companies, work in the Berlin CoLaborator. We have ongoing collaboration projects with some of them.

The CoLaborator in San Francisco is situated in our Bayer West Coast Innovation Center and Science Hub in the heart of the growing Mission Bay biomedical community.

You can expect

• 6,000 square feet (550 square meters) of assigned research lab, office and common research areas
• open floor plan with cubicles, shared conference rooms and lunchroom
• shared laboratory equipment, such as tissue culture facilities, microcentrifuges, refrigerators and freezers

Five tenants work in our San Francisco CoLaborator, some of whom we collaborate with in ongoing projects.
