- The Bayer CoLaborator offers a dynamic incubator space and lab space that allows for engagement between life-science starts and Bayer researchers. Each CoLaborator provides an environment for start-ups to quickly begin testing their ideas and for more mature companies to refine and scale their therapies and technologies. There are five CoLaborators: Four in the Pharmaceuticals segment - Berlin, Kobe, Moscow, San Francisco - and one in the Crop Science Segment in West Sacramento.
