What is Open Innovation?

Open Innovation is a business concept which encourages companies to acquire outside sources of innovation in order to improve product lines and shorten the time required to bring products to market, and to market or release internally developed innovation which does not fit the company's business model but could be effectively used elsewhere.

Who decides if my submission is of interest for Bayer?

Proposals are evaluated for fit to Bayer portfolio and for scientific quality. The decision is made at the sole and absolute discretion of Bayer.
